香港邮政小包出关不会产生关税或清关费用，但在目的地国家进口时有可能产生进口关税，具体根据每个国家海关税法的规定各有不同。
赔偿规则
1.平邮不接受任何形式的索赔；
2.挂号件，货物未上网前丢失（若在7个工作日内仍无法在网上查询到任何信息 ），可以向达方物流申请索赔，一经确认赔偿运费另外退换本次货物运费，或申报价值，以较低者为准；（此规则只适用于香港邮政系统运行正常的时期。若因香港邮政爆仓等引起的上网时间延迟，达方物流不承诺最迟上网时间，且不接受任何与此相关的索赔申请。 ）
3.挂号件，若在投寄过程中丢失，我司近协助查询，不承担赔偿责任。
退件服务
1.退件收费：30RMB/KG
2.退件周期：不定；
