一，向我司索取空运订舱图（BOOKING），填取完表内信息后，回传给我司空运操作负责人。
二，确定收货日期，以便后面准时得向航空公司确定仓位时间。
三，我司向航司提前订舱，以保证客人货物能准时运转出去。
四，由我司安排接下来的入仓，报关等业务。
五，上航班后等航空公司出提单。
