经过多年的信息化建设，亚东已建立一整套完整的涉及供应链环节的业务、结算、管理信息系统，配备专业信息化部门，以支持业务有效开展。1）ALS系统：采用新加坡可维宇博商务电子有限公司的货代系统，可以支撑公司海运、空运、散杂货、项目物流等多元业务；2）仓储系统：是由我司独立开发的仓库管理软件，能够满足仓库的管理需求；3）陆运系统：采用成熟产品软件，支持我司陆运业务，可以实现GPS车辆位置跟踪；4）在线委托系统：是我司开发的业务处理系统，主要处理集团内部陆路运输多部门之间业务委托、价格确认、业务承接等功能，并实现便捷的结算功能；另外，还有外贸系统、OA办公系统及HR管理系统。
