3、为客户报关、报检、报验，并及时向海关等相关部门索取退单等文件，以便客户能尽早进行外汇核销、退税或向国外付汇。
4、出口
代为客户向船公司订舱，与船公司确认船期、航行时间、航行路线等细节问题，为客户提供细致周到的服务。为出口货物安排集装箱卡车及提供集装箱散货的上门提货服务，以便货物及时顺利的装箱、入港、上船。
5、进口
为客户及时提供货物是否备妥、包装情况、预计何时出运等信息。货物抵港后，为进口货物安排集装箱卡车或集装箱散货的分拨、送货。
